Macy's: appoints a new CFO
(CercleFinance.com) - Macy's has announced the arrival of Paula Price as its new CFO, effective as from 9 July, to succeed Karen Hoguet, who announced in early April that she wanted to leave the department store group.
As announced six weeks ago, Karen Hoguet will continue to serve as an adviser to the group until she leaves Macy's at the end of the current fiscal year in February 2019 to ensure a "smooth" transition.
Paula Price will join the department store chain with 30 years' financial experience primarily in consumer and distribution activities. She has been teaching at Harvard Business School since 2014.
