Lockheed Martin: expands partnership with NEC Corporation
(CercleFinance.com) - Lockheed Martin and NEC Corporation have signed an agreement to expand their partnership in the use of NEC's System Invariant Analysis Technology (SIAT).
The companies are also finalising a licensing agreement with a multi-year option, Lockheed Martin says.
SIAT uses data collected from sensors to learn about the behaviour of computer systems, power plants, factories or buildings, thereby enabling the system itself to automatically detect inconsistencies and prescribe resolutions.
According to Lockheed Martin, the partnership is expected to have a positive impact on the design and production phases of spacecraft development, including applications on NASA's Orion vehicle for the Artemis mission.
