Eli Lilly: court dismisses second set of claims
(CercleFinance.com) - Adocia announces that the Court of the American Arbitration Association in charge of Adocia's arbitration proceedings against Eli Lilly has dismissed the claims of both parties in the second, final phase of arbitration.
The French biopharmaceutical company had filed claims against Lilly for misappropriation and the misuse of its confidential information and discoveries, with the US laboratory subsequently filing counter-claims.
However, it specifies that this decision does not impact that announced in August 2018, which awarded Adocia 11.6 million dollars in damages, plus interest, as compensation over a disputed contractual milestone payment.
