Kraft Heinz: Q4 adjusted EPS up 11%
(CercleFinance.com) - Kraft Heinz has published adjusted Q4 2020 EPS that is up 11.
1% at 0.80 dollar, above the consensus, for net sales that are up 6.2% at 6.94 billion dollars (+6% on an organic basis).
For Q1 2021, the agri-food group says that it expects stable or positive growth in organic net sales and a single-digit increase in adjusted EBITDA at constant exchange rates.
In addition, Kraft Heinz has announced a definitive agreement to sell its nut business to Hormel Foods for 3.35 billion dollars. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2021, subject to regulatory review and approval.
