Kimberly-Clark: Jefferies still a buyer, raises target price
(CercleFinance.com) - Jefferies reinstates its "buy" recommendation on the Kimberly-Clark share, having raised its corresponding target price from 165 dollars to 174 dollars, ahead of the hygiene product group's Q2 results, which are due out on Thursday 23 July.
The broker has raised its 2020-22 EPS estimates by around 1%-2%, "on strong 2Q Nielsen data, moderating FX headwinds, and retailer re-stocking".
For the past quarter, Jefferies expects the group to report organic sales growth of around 4% and EPS of 1.84 dollar, against the consensus of around 2% and 1.80 dollar, respectively.
