Kellogg: names two new board members
(CercleFinance.com) - Kellogg's appointed two directors on Friday, to take office immediately.
Erica L. Mann, a former executive at Pfizer's nutrition arm and Bayer's consumer health division, and Roderick D. Gillum, a former director of General Motors, have been elected to the board, according to an announcement made by the breakfast cereals giant.
