KKR: result of reopened offer on Albioma
(CercleFinance.com) - Albioma announces that following the closing of the reopened offer initiated by KKR on 9 September, 2,536,724 Albioma shares and 223 BSAAR were tendered, according to the results of the friendly takeover bid published by the AMF.
Upon settlement of the reopened offer, scheduled for 26 September, KKR will hold a total of 29,887,142 shares, representing 92.19% of Albioma's share capital and voting rights, and 551,428 BSAARs, or 99.99% of the outstanding BSAARs.
KKR will therefore apply to the AMF for the implementation of the squeeze-out procedure for Albioma's shares and BSAARs at the same prices as the offer, i.e. 50 euros per share and 29.10 euros per BSAAR.
