KKR: invests in 8 development projects in US
(CercleFinance.com) - KKR is expanding its US industrial real estate strategy by investing in eight development projects in the Atlanta, Dallas, Denver and Orlando logistics markets.
Alpha Industrial Properties (AIP), KKR's wholly-owned US industrial real estate platform, has begun development on four sites and has four additional sites in pre-development.
The eight projects are expected to provide approximately 550,000m² of industrial space for the Atlanta, Dallas, Denver and Orlando markets.
The group's extensive experience in acquiring approximately 7 billion dollars of industrial real estate in the US over the past four years enables the group to identify attractive opportunities, KKR said.
