4 billion dollars, to which it could add milestone payments amounting up to 2.35 billion dollars.
This unlisted company develops robotic technologies, initially focused on lung cancer, with an FDA-approved platform currently in use in therapeutic and bronco-scopic diagnostic procedures.
The health giant believes that the completion of this transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions, is expected to occur towards the end of the second quarter of 2019.
