Johnson & Johnson: CFO Caruso to retire in September

(CercleFinance.com) - Johnson & Johnson's chief financial officer Dominic Caruso will retire in September after almost two decades working for the health company.


Appointed CFO in 2007, Caruso has served nearly 12 years in this position - longer than anyone in the company's 132-year history, J&J said.

Under his tenure, the company completed three of its largest acquisitions, in turn buying Actelion, Synthes and Pfizer's consumer health unit.

Joseph Wolk, currently head of investor relations, has been appointed chief financial officer, taking on his new role in July, the company said
