IBM: services agreement with Honda Motor Europe
(CercleFinance.com) - IBM today announced a five-year agreement with Honda Motor Europe, by which IBM plans to manage and execute Honda's financial and procurement operations throughout Europe.
The contract is designed to provide an integrated end-to-end service that should help Honda improve efficiency, reduce costs, standardise processes in its European operations and ultimately move to a 'zero touch' strategy, avoiding human intervention as much as possible.
