IBM: extends partnership with India's HCL
(CercleFinance.com) - Indian IT services group HCL Technologies announced on Friday a new collaborative agreement with IBM to enable its customers to migrate their critical workloads to IBM's public cloud.
The ecosystem of services set up by HCL and IBM is particularly aimed at companies in regulated sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, life sciences and healthcare services, as well as energy and utilities, the IT services company explained.
These joint solutions will use the IBM Cloud Paks suite, containerised software running on Red Hat and advanced data and analysis based on Watson, IBM's artificial intelligence.
