IBM: expands alliance with audit giant EY
(CercleFinance.com) - IBM on Monday unveiled an expanded global alliance with accounting giant EY in which the companies will help clients modernise their businesses thanks to the cloud, AI, analytics and other technologies.
IBM and EY said their teams will provide additional joint consulting and systems integration capacity to help deliver long-term value to clients.
The expanded alliance also marks EY professionals' access to the IBM public cloud ecosystem, meaning that integrators and independent software vendors will be able to help their clients transform workloads based on IBM's RedHat cloud environment.
At the same time, the alliance will continue to support multiple functional areas, including M&A, finance, HR, legal, tax, risk and compliance, supply chain and asset management to assist clients, the companies said.
