IBM: collaboration with HR software firm Kronos in AI
(CercleFinance.com) - IBM has collaborated with HR software firm Kronos to see how artificial intelligence (AI) can simplify the lives of managers and employees, especially amongst employees paid on an hourly basis, the companies said on Friday.
In particular, IBM and Kronos have worked on how AI can be used to identify patterns and predict trends amongst workforce-related data, and how AI can help deliver personalized training recommendations and career coaching.
The companies are also collaborating in how employers can use smartphones to improve employees' working conditions, they said.
In November, IBM and Kronos announced a collaboration, bringing together the capabilities of Kronos' intelligent workforce management cloud platform and IBM's artificial intelligence platform Watson.
