Hertz: appoints new CFO
(CercleFinance.com) - Hertz Global Holdings announced on Monday night the resignation of its CFO Thomas Kennedy, who will begin a new chapter of his career, it said, after four and a half years working at Hertz.
He will be replaced by Jamere Jackson from 10 September.
Up until now, CFO of Nielsen Holdings since March 2014, Jamere Jackson will now oversee all of the vehicle rental group's financial matters, including accounting, tax and internal audit.
Pending her arrival next month, the group's head accountant, Robin Kramer, will take on the role of Hertz's CFO on a temporary basis. She has been a member of the group's financial management team since May 2014.
