Hasbro: extends CEO's contract by two years
(CercleFinance.com) - Hasbro's board has extended the term of its Chairman and CEO, Brian Goldner, for another two years through to the end of 2022, the US toymaker said on Tuesday.
Goldner, who joined the company in 2000, and was appointed CEO in 2008, followed by chairman of the board in 2015, has "transformed" Hasbro, the company said.
At the same time, John Frascotti - who joined as Chief Marketing Officer in 2008 before becoming President of Hasbro Brands in 2014 - has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
He also has been appointed to Hasbro's board of directors.
