GM: CFO to retire next year; Suryadeva to replace him

(CercleFinance.com) - General Motors executive vice president and chief financial officer Chuck Stevens will retire in March 2019, after working with the company for over 40 years, the US carmaker said on Wednesday.


GM also announced the appointment of Dhivya Suryadevara - currently vice president of corporate finance - as chief financial officer, effective from 1 September 2018.

She will report to Mary Barra, GM's new chairman and CEO.
