GE: over 100 electrical power stations in sub-Saharan Africa
(CercleFinance.com) - GE has announced breaking the threshold of 100 electrical power stations in sub-Saharan Africa, with a new project in Angola.
The 100 power plants supplied with renewable energy, gas and coal are now capable of generating 46 GW of electricity.
The Group has already installed over 300 turbines in 22 countries in sub-Saharan Africa. This enables it to provide electricity for 250 million people.
