Gap: three new members appointed on board
(CercleFinance.com) - Gap said late on Thursday that it has appointed three members to its board of directors, each adding their expertise of today's consumer and retail industry.
The US fashion retailer said that Amy Bohutinsky, John Fisher, and Lexi Reese have been nominated on the board.
Amy Bohutinsky is currently chief operating officer of real estate and home-related group Zillow, John Fisher is co-founder of San Francisco-based investment management Sansome Partners, and Lexi Reese is currently the chief operating officer of HR services firm Gusto.
