7% drop in sales in Q3, having sold 150,100 vehicles, in a situation that has been marked by a shortage of semi-conductors, devastating floods in July and health restrictions that are still in force in certain regions of the country.
However, over the first three quarters, the manufacturer sold a total of 457,000 vehicles in China, up 11% y-o-y.
Ford also says it is in the process of opening 25 electric vehicle shops in the country's main metropolitan areas, aiming to open 100 shops in the next five years.
