Ford: October China auto sales down 45% year-on-year
(CercleFinance.com) - Ford and its Chinese joint ventures sold 58,204 vehicles in China in October, down 45% from a year earlier, the US car maker said on Tuesday.
Since the beginning of the year, Ford has sold a total of 642,593 vehicles in China, down 31% from the number in 2017.
Ford operates through several joint ventures in China, including Ford Motor China, Changan Ford Automobile, Changan Ford Mazda Engine, Jiangling Motors, and Zotye Ford Automobile.
