ExxonMobil: former State Street CEO elected to board
(CercleFinance.com) - ExxonMobil said that it has appointed the former CEO of US financial services group State Street to its board of directors.
Joseph Hooley, whose appointment is effective as of 1 January 2020, currently serves as non-executive board chairman for the bank, which provides services to institutional investors, including investment management and investment research and trading.
He was formerly its chief executive officer from 2010 to 2018.
With the election of Hooley, the ExxonMobil board stands at 11 directors, 10 of whom are non-employee directors.
