DowDuPont: Q3 above expectations
(CercleFinance.com) - DowDuPont - the group resulting from the merger of Dow Chemical and DuPont in 2017 - has reported Q3 adjusted EPS that is up 35% at 74 cents, exceeding the consensus by four cents.
Operational EBITDA increased 19% to 3.8 billion dollars, for revenues that are up 10% at 20.1 billion dollars, with growth seen in all the chemical group's divisions and geographic areas.
In addition, DowDuPont announces a new stock repurchase program for 3 billion dollars, and has raised its commitment for cost synergies to 3.6 billion dollars, compared to 3.3 billion dollars previously.
