(CercleFinance.com) - In a document addressed to the SEC, Delta Airlines announced on Thursday evening an amendment to a 2.
65 billion revolving credit facility that was agreed in April 2018 and which has been fully drawn at present.
The amended facility includes a 1.325 billion dollar three-year credit facility, of which 1.25 billion dollars has been extended for one year until April 2022. Most importantly, it is now secured by some of the airline's assets as collateral.
