Delta Airlines: beats consensus in Q4
(CercleFinance.com) - For the last three months of 2017, Delta Airlines has reported adjusted net income that is up nearly 13% at 681 million dollars, or 96 cents per share, meaning EPS that is five cents above the consensus.
The Atlanta-based airline's operating revenues increased by 8.3% to 10.2 billion dollars, with unit revenue per passenger that is up 4.2%, with a 2.3% increase in its capacity.
With FY adjusted EPS of 4.93 dollars, Dela Airlines has said that it is raising its FY 2018 target range to between 6.35 dollars and 6.70 dollars, due to the additional benefits expected from the US tax reform.
