DR Horton: raises dividend after FY results
(CercleFinance.com) - As it unveiled its annual results, DR Horton has announced a 14% increase in its quarterly dividend to 20 cents per share, which will be distributed on 14 December to shareholders registered on 4 December.
In Q4 2019-20 (to end-September), the home builder's EPS jumped 64% to 2.24 dollars, which is well above expectations, for revenues that are up 27% at 6.4 billion dollars.
With FY EPS therefore increasing by 47% to 6.41 dollars, with revenues up 15% to 20.3 billion dollars, for the current fiscal year DR Horton expects revenues of 24-25 billion dollars.
