The largest US warehouse club company - which operates 770 stores worldwide - recorded 6.7% comparable sales growth in Canada and 7.9% at its international segment last month.
For the five weeks ended 7 April, net sales at the Issaquah, Washington-based retailer rose 7.4% to 13.9 billion dollars, thanks to one extra shopping day versus last year, due to the calendar shift of the Easter weekend.
