Cisco: intends to acquire Duo Security
(CercleFinance.com) - Cisco has announced its intention to acquire Duo Security, an unlisted company that is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, which is presented as "the leading provider of unified access security and multi-factor authentication delivered through the cloud.

Cisco will pay 2.35 billion dollars in cash for the company, which is set to be closed in the first quarter of its fiscal year 2018-19, subject to customary conditions and authorisations.
