Broadcom: beats consensus in Q2
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday night Broadcom unveiled adjusted (non-GAAP) EPS of 4.
88 dollars for its second fiscal quarter, up nearly a third y-o-y, while the consensus was expecting 20 cents less.
Still in adjusted terms, the supplier of semiconductor products improved its gross margin by 3.5 points to 66.6%, for sales that are up 19% to just over 5 billion dollars.
As a reminder, in early April the group completed its process of re-domiciliation in the US, a process that was announced during its battle to take control of its competitor Qualcomm. The group was previously based in Singapore.
