Boeing: delivers 11th P-8i to Indian Navy
(CercleFinance.com) - Boeing has announced the delivery of an 11th P-8I aircraft to India, helping to expand the Indian Navy's anti-submarine warfare and underwater reconnaissance capabilities.
The patrol aircraft is already an integral part of the Indian Navy's fleet and has exceeded 30,000 flight hours since its induction in 2013.
The Indian Navy was the first international customer for the P-8 and now operates the largest non-US fleet.
