Blackstone: EU clears acquisition of Dynamo Software
(CercleFinance.com) - Today, under the EU Merger Regulations, the European Commission has cleared the acquisition of Dynamo Software Group (US) by Blackstone (US) and Francisco Partners Management (US).
Dynamo provides software to asset management companies and a dedicated cloud solution. Blackstone is an asset management company with a wide range of assets. Finally, Francisco Partners is a private equity firm that is focused on technology.
The Commission concluded that the proposed acquisition would not raise competition concerns in view of Dynamo's marginal activities in the European Economic Area.
