Bank of America: expands share buyback program

Last year, the US banking giant announced plans to repurchase 20 billion dollars of shares, plus repurchases to offset shares awarded under equity-based compensation plans, estimated at around 600 million dollars.
The Federal Reserve Board has approved the additional repurchases, BofA said.
