Apple: presents 8th Generation iPad and new iPad Air
(CercleFinance.com) - Apple took advantage of its back-to-school keynote to unveil two new iPads: the 8th generation iPad and the new iPad Air.
The 8th generation iPad still has the same design, a bit old-fashioned with its thick borders and TouchID button on the front. It uses a new processor, with the A12 Bionic chip, previously owned by the iPhone XS and XS Max. It has a starting price of 389 euros.
Meanwhile, the new iPad Air benefits from thinner borders, similar to those of the iPad Pro. The TouchID sensor is located on the edge. Regarding power, it benefits from the A14 Bionic chip. This is the chip that should equip the next iPhone, which was not presented last night. The price is commensurate with the power of the device, at 669-to-809 euros.
