Under the agreement, the companies will work together on a number of projects, including point-of-sale lending technology and "frictionless" payment options to customers.
They plan to offer digital payments and financing capabilities to help merchants expand their businesses and give consumers financing options for their purchases.
Using GreenSky's mobile app, customers can apply for loans, and typically receive a decision within 60 seconds.
