American Airlines: disappointing revenues in Q3.
(CercleFinance.com) - American Airlines has reported mixed Q3 results.
Unveiled before Wall Street opened this Thursday, results were marked by a decline in profitability, with EPS which fell 12 cents y-o-y to 1.28 dollar.
However, on a diluted basis, the US airline's EPS reached 1.42 dollar, which is 2 cents above the consensus.
However, turnover grew by less than expected, reaching 10.878 billion dollars, while the consensus was expecting 10.899 billion dollars. Revenues came in at 10.594 billion dollars over June-September 2016.
