Amazon: opens new warehouse in California
(CercleFinance.com) - US internet giant Amazon.
com has opened a new fulfillment center in Beaumont, California, which will create over 1,000 full-time jobs.
This is the 14th facility the company has opened in the valleys of the so-called "Inland Empire" after other warehouses in Eastvale, Moreno Valley, Redlands, Rialto, and Riverside.
As a reminder, the company launched its first California fulfillment center in San Bernardino in 2012.
Amazon said it has created over 39,000 jobs in California and since 2011, representing an investment of over 19 billion dollars in the state.
