Amazon: collaboration reinforced with Equinix
(CercleFinance.com) - Equinix, an international provider of interconnects and data centers, has announced increased collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide direct and private customer connectivity to the AWS Direct Connect service at new locations.
The AWS Direct Connect service will be immediately available for customers at Equinix IBX centers in Helsinki, Madrid, Manchester and Toronto, bringing the total of metropolitan areas covered to 21 worldwide.
Businesses will be able to connect to AWS Direct Connect and use all available flow rates available through Equinix Cloud Exchange (ECX), Cross Connects, or metropolitan connectivity options offered by Equinix.
