Amazon: introduces new service for teens to shop.

(CercleFinance.com) - Teens can now explore Amazon with the independence of their logins if their parents are members.
Parents would add teens to their Amazon household account, and by default would either approve every order, or set spending limits.

Teens may now independently shop or stream content while keeping their parents informed. It offers teens a certain level of autonomy, which develops as they do.

When a teen finds something they wish to order, they can place the order on the Amazon App, and parents will receive a text or email showing the item, cost, shipping address and payment information.

In short, the new facilities balance teens' crave for independence, “with the convenience and trust that parents need”. said Michael Carr, Vice President, Amazon Households.
