Amazon: to open fulfillment center in Fresno, US.
(CercleFinance.com) - Amazon today announced plans to open its first fulfillment center in Fresno.
This will be Amazon's fifth fulfillment center in California's Central Valley, after those that are operational in Tracy and Patterson, and a fourth center in Sacramento.
The US giant in online distribution has specified that this the employees of center, which will have a surface area of almost 80,000 m², will specialise in processing small items, such as books, electronic products and children's games.
