Altice USA: prices private offering of senior notes
(CercleFinance.com) - Altice USA said on Friday that it has priced a private offering of 250 million dollars of senior notes due in 2029, with a coupon of 6.

The notes are being offered as additional notes under the 1.5 billion dollar 6.5% senior note due in 2029 that was issued last month, Altice said.
The telecoms company said it plans to use the proceeds from the sale to repay a portion of a previous credit facility.
