AbbVie: tightens up EPS target range
(CercleFinance.com) - On unveiling better-than-expected quarterly results, AbbVie has tightened up its FY 2019 adjusted EPS target range to between 8.

The pharmaceutical group annouces adjusted EPS of 2.33 dollars for the past quarter, beating the consensus by three cents, for adjusted revenues of 8.48 billion dollars, up 3.5% excluding currency effects.
Regarding its flagship drug Humira, its sales rose 9.6% to 3.89 billion dollars, although fell by 31.8% internationally, excluding currency effects due to competition from bio-similars.
