AT&T: misses consensus in Q3

(CercleFinance.com) - AT&T has reported EPS that is up one third at 65 cents per share.


However, adjusted EPS came in at 90 cents, four cents below the consensus.

At 45.7 billion dollars, revenues increased by 15.3%, mainly due to the acquisition of Time Warner. Falls in home video, traditional wireline services and Vrio were offset by growth in mobile services and equipment, WarnerMedia and Xandr.

For FY 2018, the telecommunications and media giant confirmed that it is looking for adjusted EPS "at the high end of the $3.50 range," with free cash flow "at the end of the $21 billion range".
