AT&T: prepares IPO of DirecTV Latin America
(CercleFinance.com) - AT&T has announced that it has made a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a possible IPO of a minority stake in Vrio Corp, the parent company of DirecTV Latin America.
Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Securities, Citigroup Global Markets and Morgan Stanley would act as joint bookkeepers for this offering, which would only be done through a prospectus.
