Assa Abloy: Agta record requests delisting of shares
(CercleFinance.com) - Agta record announced late on Monday that it has submitted its draft note to the AMF in response to the simplified tender offer initiated by Assa Abloy covering all its shares that Assa Abloy does not yet hold.
Agta record has also filed a request for its shares to be delisted.
Agta record's board of directors, renewed following the completion of Assa Abloy's acquisition of the 54% stake in agta record, has unanimously approved the Offer and has decided to file a request with Euronext Paris for the delisting of agta record shares after the closing of the Offer. The delisting request provides liquidity for a period of 6 months offered to minority shareholders so that they can sell their previously listed shares to Assa Abloy following the delisting at an adjusted price per agta record share of 70.58 euros, it said.
