Assa Abloy: CFO leaving to join A.P. Moller-Maersk
(CercleFinance.com) - Swedish lockmaker Assa Abloy has said that its chief financial officer Carolina Dybeck Happe will leave the company at the end of the year as she has decided to join Danish shipping giant A.

The group said it had begun a process to find her successor.
During her time as Assa Abloy's CFO, Carolina Dybeck Happe initiated a digital transformation program that facilitated the company's growth in digital services while streamlining the information flow within sales, supply chain, R&D and financial and administration services, the company said.
Last week global miner Rio Tinto said that it has appointed former A.P. Moller-Maersk financial chief Jakob Stausholm as CFO, as from September.
