Tele2: head of international markets to leave company
(CercleFinance.com) - Swedish telecoms group Tele2 said on Thursday that its executive vice president for international markets, Guillaume van Gaver, will leave the company following the company's recent consolidation.
The departure comes as Tele2 has concentrated its footprint by a merger in the Netherlands, leaving from Kazakhstan and the announced divestment of its Croatian business.
The company is now focusing on Sweden and the Baltics.
Van Gaver, who joined Tele2 in 2016, will leave Tele2 on 15 September to pursue an international career, the Swedish company said in a statement.
