SAS: to increase flights to New York
(CercleFinance.com) - Scandinavian airline SAS said on Monday that it plans to increase its departures to New York as part of its autumn/winter schedule.
The carrier plans to offer one daily flight from Stockholm, with four weekly flights from Oslo, in addition to the usual daily flights from Copenhagen.
In all, SAS will operate 12 transatlantic routes this autumn and winter, including to Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington DC, Boston and Miami.
The announcement comes as the US announced that it would reopen its borders to all vaccinated international travellers last week.
The SAS share is currently up over 2.5% in Stockholm.
