Alfa Laval: wins gas plant deal in Algeria
(CercleFinance.com) - Alfa Laval said it has won an order to supply industrial equipment to a gas compression plant in Algeria in a deal valued at approximately 75 million Swedish kronor (about 7 million euros).
The order comprises high pressure heat exchangers, which will be used for natural gas cooling applications in different gas compression stations, the Swedish engineering firm said.
Alfa Laval's heat exchangers can weigh as much as 400 tons and handle temperatures up to 1000°C.
Delivery is scheduled for 2021.
