The company is seeking to strengthen its position in the food and pharmacy sectors, two significant growth segments for the company.
Alfa Laval wants to use this 1,600m2 centre to accelerate the development of innovative products in the field of hygienic fluid treatment (including pumps, valves, cleaning and mixing equipment).
The site will also make it enable tests on food and pharmaceutical applications, while receiving customers who will be able to discover Alfa Laval's equipment under real operating conditions.
