Ericsson: partnership with DNB for 5G in Malaysia
(CercleFinance.com) - Ericsson today announces a 10-year partnership with Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB) to deploy next-generation 5G in Malaysia.
DNB initially aims to launch Malaysia's first 5G network in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya. DNB will leverage Ericsson's local presence and deployment expertise to achieve its goal of 80% coverage of the Malaysian population by 2024.
The company says that it is confident that with its global 5G leadership and strong deployment capabilities, it will achieve the deployment targets set by DNB.
